Last year I started a new studio policy that all our brides and grooms receive a lifetime of free session fees. I did this because I found that I really liked getting to know my clients and with the free session fees had the chance to work with them over and over again as their lives and families changed. It also gave me the opportunity to be more creative with my clients since I knew what they like and were interested in. It has been a wonderful experiment and also means that I almost always get to do an engagement session with my couples as the session is free! It is great way to get comfortable with each other before the wedding day and we always go someplace beautiful or special to the couple for the shoot.
