I love when couples get personal and creative and this wedding is an example of both. Inspired by her favorite Jo Malone fragrances and the sport that brought them together, Tina choose a sophisticated black and white palette and amazing design work of MLC Design Studio to make her tennis idea super chic. From invitations to the candy bar at the end of the night every detail worked together and complimented the beautiful and classic surroundings of The Belvedere Hotel in Baltimore. Not to be held back by the chilly winter weather, white flowers were everywhere and Flowers and Fancies provided a pop of red for the bridal party with roses so amazing I almost thought they were fake. Enough gushing, check out the wonderfulness for yourself.

Winter Elegance at the Belvedere Hotel in Baltimore
Monday, April 9th, 2012For Love of the Game
Monday, December 26th, 20112011 has been an amazing wedding season and I have had the pleasure to work with a lot of wonderful couples. I can’t think of a better way to end it than celebrating with Tina and Aaron at their romantic winter wedding this coming week at The Belvedere. This engagement session was inspired by their first meeting, when Tina decided to take a tennis lesson from the future love of her life. What else can you say, it was Love-Love.
Designed with Love
Sunday, November 6th, 2011I could not have said it better than the post at Invitation Crush about Erin and Bryan’s wedding invitations, elegant with a modern twist is a perfect way to describe them. You can see how well their design compliments the look of their wedding at Antrim 1844 with the wrought iron table that made up the background and Erin’s birdcage veil with the fan style program. Congratulations to Erin on this awesome feature, she designed them herself. Love all my amazing and talented couples!

Tuesday, September 6th, 2011Summer Love at Antrim 1844
Saturday, August 6th, 2011This bride and groom were a perfect fit for the vintage charm of Antrim mansion, every detail blended beautifully and the sultry summer day went great with drinks on the lawn and dancing all night. E&B radiated joy and you could tell they were over the moon for each other. The sweet secret notes that they shared to start the day were only the beginning of the celebration with their families and friends. I just love the love, congratulations!
Love Bugs
Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011I had such an amazing time with J&D at their engagement session in Hunt Valley. My father-in-law has been fixing up this fantastic VW and I had to steal it for what I am sure will not be the first time. There are few things more fun than driving around the countryside in summer with the top down. It was the perfect atmosphere for our shoot and fit right in at The Filling Station. I think this is just the right tone to set as I start sharing all the great images that have been building up during a busy wedding season. I can’t wait for their wedding in October!
Boy Oh Boy
Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011I don’t often put up personal stories or images on my blog, I like it to be a place to share my favorites from the wonderful people I get to shoot for every day. This is an exception. As you may have noticed my blog has been a little neglected lately and although that can often happen during a busy wedding season I used to find time after my daughter was in bed or other brief moments to share some work. If you have never heard the quote, “if you want to hear fate laugh tell it your plans” the delicious smiles below belong to what was expected to be baby #2, but when we attempted to plan for the off season took matters into their own hands. C&Z our identical twin boys were born healthy and wonderful in February and although they keep us on our toes we could not be happier to have them both, especially now that they nap!
Rain Drops and Love at Box Hill Mansion
Wednesday, October 13th, 2010M&M may have had rain on their wedding day but it did not stop their beautiful outdoor ceremony or their obvious joy at getting married. The lovely Box Hill Mansion in York, PA was an amazing setting and this couple made it look even better. The black and white details they choose gave everything around them an air of elegance and timelessness.
